Chief Justice Taney

To all the legal experts out there claiming that the law requires Trump to separate kids from their parents, that it was regulated by Clinton and that the law supersedes everything.

++++++++++
Chief Justice Taney opposed, during Lincoln time, almost every facade of his policy. President Lincoln rejected the Cheif Justice Taney major claims on numerous issues. Taney claimed that:

The South has a right to leave the Union,

Afro -Americans do not possess the right and the ability to be free of slavery (the Dead Scot case 1958),

That President Lincoln has limited executive powers as Commander in Chief etc..

Lincoln also even ignored a direct order by Taney of the Habeas Corpus in a case of high treason.

++++++++++++++++
Taney was Cheif Justice (Lincoln Technically\theoretically breaker of the law) – In all of modern courts history, those words “Chief Justice” never misrepresented more a man and his position.

I can not overexpress my utmost repulsion from Trump’s policy of separation of children from their parents.

I refuse to justify Trump just because he is good for Israel. To be totally honest I am quite ashamed of this now.
